I've been flying since 1985. I have a Single-Engine Land certificate.
I learned to fly in a 1958 Piper Tri-Pacer. I paid $7500 for it back then. I didn't realize what
a good deal that was. It has been a cheap airplane to fly and
maintain. It may not be the best looking airplane around, but
I love it. I finally sold it the summer of 2004. I've been a member of the Shortwing Piper Club since I got the plane. |
